Merry Margarita
Ingredients
- 1 ½ Teremana Reposado
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
- Pinch of Salt
Prep
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and rosemary sprigs.
Ingredients (serves 8-10 people)
- 2 cups Teremana Reposado
- 1 ¼ cups Pomegranate Juice
- 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice
- ⅔ cup Cinnamon Syrup
- 3 Pinches of Salt
Prep
- Combine all ingredients in a drink dispenser.
- Stir to incorporate.
- Pour into rocks glasses over fresh ice.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks and rosemary sprigs.

- 1 oz Apple Juice
- ½ oz Agave Nectar
- Cinnamon Stick Garnish
Prep
- Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Salted Citrus Pomelo Margarita

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Teremana Blanco
- 2 oz Fresh Pomelo Juice (~½ a Pomelo)
- 1 oz Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ oz Pomelo Simple Syrup
POMELO SIMPLE SYRUP
- ½ cup Fresh Pomelo Juice
- ½ cup Sugar
- Optional: Zest from the Pomelo
SALTY CITRUS RIM
- 1 tbsp Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Pomelo Zest
- 1 tsp Lime Zest
- 1 Lime Wedge for rimming the glass
Prep
- Combine Teremana Blanco, Orange Liqueur, lime juice, and pomelo simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add pomelo and lime juices, and shake again.
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip into salt mixture to coat.
- Prepare glass with pomelo wedges, then pour.

- 1 oz Tart Cherry Juice

- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with cherry bitters, cherries, and a thyme sprig.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Teremana Reposado
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Dark Agave Nectar
- 1 heaping tbsp Baked Pumpkin Pie Filling
Prep
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg.

- 1 cup Lime Juice
- ½ cup Dark Agave Nectar
- Heaping ¼ cup Baked Pumpkin Pie Filling

- Whisk vigorously until pumpkin pie filling is fully incorporated into the drink.

Cranberry Paloma

- 1 ½ oz Teremana Blanco
- 1 tsp Cranberry Sauce
- ¼ oz Lime Juice
- 3 oz Grapefruit Soda
- Rosemary Sprig Garnish

- Combine all ingredients except grapefruit soda in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake until chilled.
- Pour into a Collins glass with fresh ice.
- Top with grapefruit soda.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

- ⅔ cup Lime Juice
- 3 ¾ cups Grapefruit Soda

- Combine all ingredients except grapefruit soda in a drink dispenser.
- Whisk vigorously until cranberry sauce is fully incorporated into the drink.
- Add ice to chill and top with grapefruit soda.
- Stir gently.
- Pour into Collins glasses over fresh ice.
- Garnish with sprigs of rosemary.

- ½ oz Peppermint Syrup
- 1 ¼ cups Half & Half
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt
Prep
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the half & half, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Warm a coffee mug and add Teremana Añejo, Peppermint Syrup, and 8 oz of the warmed hot chocolate.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed candy cane pieces.

- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ¼ oz Ginger Syrup
- ¼ oz Brown Sugar Syrup
